No Warranty
Loud Camel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that briefs will be accurate, that suggestions will be relevant, or that your outreach will succeed.
Early-Stage Service
We may change features, pause service, or close entirely with limited notice. While we aim for long-term operation, we cannot guarantee indefinite service availability. Use at your own risk.
You Own Your Outreach
We generate drafts for emails, Reddit posts, and discussion comments. You decide what to send, post, or share. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish. If you post or send something based on our draft, that's on you.
No Third-Party Liability
We're not responsible for:
- How Reddit, email services, or other platforms handle your posts or messages
- Negative responses or consequences from your outreach
- Data loss or service interruptions from Firebase or other infrastructure failures
Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Billing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle collects payment, handles applicable taxes, and issues receipts on our behalf.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refund Policy
All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Loud Camel, contact us at boris@loudcamel.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refund requests received after 30 days from the date of purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Account Termination
- You can delete your account anytime
- We can terminate your access if you violate these terms
- If we terminate your account for reasons other than a terms violation, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of a prepaid subscription period
Acceptable Use
Don't use Loud Camel to:
- Send spam or harassment
- Impersonate others
- Violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Admin Access
Loud Camel administrators may access your account to provide support, investigate issues you report, or debug problems with the service. Admin access is logged and limited to authorized personnel.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
